Josh Jenni is the Studio Manager at The Vital Stretch® Stillwater, bringing over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in personal training and fitness management, Josh is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stay active through effective assisted stretching that improves mobility, reduces muscle tension, and supports recovery and injury prevention.
He holds multiple nationally recognized certifications, including NASM, NFPT, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer credentials, along with NASM training in stretching and flexibility. His extensive experience and well-rounded expertise allow him to create effective, personalized approaches that help clients achieve lasting results.
Josh enjoys helping people through assisted stretching because it allows him to make an immediate and meaningful impact on how they feel and move. Outside the studio, he stays active through fitness, is a die-hard baseball fan, loves traveling, and values spending quality time with his family.
Katy Goeltz is a Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch Stillwater, helping clients improve mobility, reduce tension, and move with confidence. With a strong background in health and fitness, she has worked as a personal trainer and online coach, guiding clients—particularly women—toward sustainable strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Her approach combines individualized training, nutrition guidance, and mindset support to create lasting results.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Wellness with a minor in Psychology and is a NASM-certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach. Katy is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA and trained in Therabody percussion therapy, giving her a science-based foundation to support recovery, prevent injury, and enhance mobility for every client.
Outside the studio, she enjoys strength training, outdoor activities, and creative outlets like baking sourdough and running her Bomb Party jewelry business. Spending time with family, exploring movement, and staying active fuels her passion for helping clients Move Freely, Live Fully® and feel their best in every aspect of life.
