Stephana Oetinger is a dedicated Studio Manager at The Vital Stretch Tanglewood and blends corrective exercise expertise, holistic health, and neuromuscular therapy with a passion for movement and mindful living. With a background in theatre arts, seminary and minister training, and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, she brings a rare depth of insight to every session. A former Houston Police and Fire Department Volunteer Minister, her life is guided by service, dance (tango and flamenco), silent nature retreats, and nourishing her family with wholesome meals. She also shares her knowledge through writing, speaking, and her podcast. Her approach is empowering, integrative, and deeply personal—helping clients Move Freely, Live Fully®.

Shawn Lee
Shawn Lee is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch Tanglewood and is all about helping you move better, feel better, and actually enjoy the process. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Athletic Training, he brings a clinical-level understanding of the body to every stretch session. This combination of education and hands-on expertise gives clients — especially parents, athletes, and anyone dealing with chronic tightness — immediate confidence that they’re in skilled, knowledgeable hands. As a NASM-certified Vital Stretch Practitioner trained in assisted stretching, flexibility training, and Therabody Theragun techniques, he blends science, precision, and personality to deliver sessions that improve mobility, reduce pain, and help prevent injuries. When he’s not elevating someone’s recovery game, you’ll find him supporting all things Houston sports or belting out tunes in his car.

“Danielle “DK” Koblinski is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch Tanglewood and brings a rare blend of dancer’s precision, fitness expertise, and authentic passion to every session. As a NASM-certified Vital Stretch Practitioner trained in assisted stretching, flexibility training, and Therabody Theragun techniques, she helps clients improve mobility, reduce tightness, prevent injury, and move with confidence. Outside The Vital Stretch, she has become one of the most popular group fitness instructors in Houston, known for her magnetic energy and motivating style. She regularly draws crowds at some of the city’s finest health clubs, and clients often say she has a “Peloton-star” vibe — inspiring, fun, and impossible not to love working with. Her personal journey—including a 2016 MS diagnosis—gave her a deep understanding of how powerful stretch therapy can be in managing pain, improving daily movement, and supporting overall well-being. Ahmed Zubair is the General Manager at The Vital Stretch St. Louis Park, bringing over 13 years of experience as a General and Operations Manager for a Fortune 100 retail technology company. Certified as a NASM Stretch and Flexibility Coach, Ahmed combines operational excellence with a passion for helping people feel their best. After two decades in tech, he felt a shift, wanting to move from enabling screen time to encouraging real wellness. Now, he’s committed to helping clients move freely, live fully. His approach focuses on education, empowerment, and creating a welcoming space where progress feels possible. Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys time with his wife and two young boys. Natalia Ramirez
Natalia Ramirez is a dedicated Vital Stretch® Practitioner at The Vital Stretch St. Louis Park, bringing a strong medical background and compassionate presence to every session. With experience nursing in both the Operating Room and NICU at Fairview Hospital, Natalia understands the body from a clinical and deeply human perspective. Her time in fast-paced hospital environments strengthened her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and commitment to helping others feel safe and supported in their care. She holds a bachelor’s degree, is NASM certified, and is currently obtaining her Master’s degree in Nursing. Her advanced education, combined with her hands-on healthcare experience, allows her to approach stretching with both precision and empathy. Natalia is also able to speak multiple languages, helping her connect with and support a diverse range of clients in a meaningful way. Natalia enjoys helping people with stretching because she sees how it positively impacts both the body and the mind. Ellie Mandel
Ellie Mandel is a passionate Vital Stretch® Practitioner at The Vital Stretch St. Louis Park, who brings both science and mindfulness into every session. With a background as a gymnast for over a decade and a degree in Biology with a Psychology minor from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse, Ellie has long been fascinated by how the body and mind work together. Before joining The Vital Stretch®, Ellie earned her NASM Stretch Practitioner Certification and also completed trauma-informed advocacy training. Her daily yoga and breathwork practice have deeply influenced her approach, helping her guide clients toward a more intuitive connection with their own bodies. Ellie’s favorite part of her work is helping people rediscover freedom in movement and find relief from the pain or tension they’ve been living with. She believes that through assisted stretching and mindful movement, everyone can live a more full, balanced, and vibrant life. Outside the studio, Ellie’s creativity shines through her love of flow arts, dancing, music, and crafting. What should I wear for my assisted stretching session?
We recommend comfortable, flexible athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Standard workout attire such as leggings, athletic shorts, or a fitted top works best. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session.
Assisted stretching should not be painful. You may feel controlled tension as muscles are safely lengthened, but sessions are always adjusted to your comfort level. Our practitioners communicate with you to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Unlike yoga or self-stretching, assisted stretching is guided by a trained practitioner who moves your body through precise, targeted stretches. Because you remain relaxed, the stretches can be deeper, safer, and more effective while improving mobility and flexibility.
