Daniel Anasco
Daniel Anasco is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® of The Vital Stretch® St. Johns, committed to helping clients achieve their physical wellness goals. His passion for fitness and client success is evident in his approach to stretching and flexibility training. Daniel combines his practical experience with a strong academic foundation, currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Florida. He is also a NASM-Certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach.His background includes experience in customer service and personal training at a local gym, giving him a well-rounded understanding of client needs and the importance of personalized attention. He finds immense satisfaction in guiding individuals toward improved physical well-being and deeply values the connections he forms with those he assists. He believes that achieving wellness goals is a collaborative effort and thrives on working alongside clients to reach their full potential.Beyond his professional pursuits, Daniel’s passion for teamwork and personal growth is reflected in his involvement with the ultimate frisbee club at his college. He enjoys the competitive atmosphere and strives to continually improve his skills. Vital Stretch Practitioner®
Anshul Panchal
Anshul Panchal is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch® St. Johns, dedicated to helping clients move better and feel their best. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), he brings a strong academic foundation in Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Clinical Movement Science. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, is NASM Certified, and AHA BLS and First Aid Certified. His background includes assisting with rehabilitation programs for individuals managing chronic pain, limited mobility, and post-operative recovery. Anshul enjoys helping people with stretching because it provides both immediate relief and long-term benefits for mobility, posture, and overall well-being. For him, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone improve their range of motion and finally feel comfortable in their body. Outside of the studio, he enjoys strength training and video games—two hobbies that fuel his passion for movement and recovery. Strength training has taught him the importance of mobility and balance for performance, while gaming reminds him of the value of good posture and preventing stiffness. Both inspire his commitment to stretching as an essential part of everyday health.
Vital Stretch Practitioner®
Jehna Beeler
Jehna Beeler is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch® St. Johns, where she brings both academic insight and hands-on athletic experience to the table. A student at Jacksonville University, she is majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology, while also interning with her school’s athletic teams in Strength and Conditioning. From monitoring form to setting up equipment, she’s immersed in the science of performance and recovery every day. She holds the NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach certification and has completed her IUSCA Level 1 Certification in Strength and Conditioning, building a solid foundation for her work at The Vital Stretch. Jehna believes stretching is one of the most overlooked but impactful ways to improve quality of life, enhance recovery, and help people reach their goals. For her, seeing clients move more comfortably and confidently is the most rewarding part of the job. Outside the studio, you’ll most likely find her in the gym, pursuing her passion for lifting and strength training—a lifestyle that keeps her connected to the same recovery and performance practices she shares with her clients.
Vital Stretch Practitioner®
Stella Stockton
Stella Stockton is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch® St. Johns, bringing a compassionate and well-rounded background in both healthcare and movement science. Before joining The Vital Stretch, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for three years, caring for elderly patients in nursing homes—an experience that taught her the importance of preserving independence and prioritizing preventative care. She holds an associate’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at the University of North Florida. She is NASM-certified in Mobility and Flexibility, NCSF-certified in Personal Training, and also holds BLS and CNA certifications. Her passion for stretching comes from both professional and personal experience. After seeing firsthand how movement impacts long-term quality of life and managing her own chronic pain through strength and mobility training, she is dedicated to helping others feel better in their bodies. For her, stretching is more than a session—it’s a pathway to reducing pain, preventing future limitations, and supporting lifelong wellness. Outside the studio, she channels her love for movement into weightlifting six days a week, along with playing basketball, volleyball, and spikeball. A Wyoming native, she’s happiest outdoors—whether it’s hiking and camping in the mountains back home or spending sunny days at the beach here in Florida. She also enjoys making pottery, playing the piano, and finding balance through creativity and activity alike.
Vital Stretch Practitioner®
Alexis White
Alexis White is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch St. Johns, bringing a clinical foundation and compassionate energy to every session. Her background includes working as a Physical Therapy Technician and Medical/Optometric Assistant, along with completing an international physical therapy internship in Costa Rica. Through hands-on patient care in neurological rehabilitation and assisting DPTs with treatment interventions, Alexis developed a deep appreciation for movement-based healing. Her academic foundation in Behavioral Neuroscience further strengthens her understanding of the brain-body connection and how movement influences overall well-being. Alexis is currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from Florida State University and holds multiple certifications, including NASM Stretching & Flexibility Practitioner, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Therabody Performance Specialist, NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, and Adult & Pediatric BLS, First Aid, CPR & AED. Her advanced training allows her to approach each stretch session with precision, safety, and intention. She believes flexibility is often overlooked as a foundation for recovery, performance, and long-term injury prevention. Alexis is passionate about helping clients move more freely, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Outside the studio, she enjoys playing basketball, running half marathons, attending Jacksonville Jaguars games, and staying active with her two golden retrievers. Whether through movement, sports, or personal growth, Alexis is committed to helping others feel stronger, more confident, and fully supported in their wellness journey.

What attire is best for a stretch session?
Opt for comfortable, movement-friendly athletic attire. Full clothing is maintained throughout the session.
Many clients report a “good stretch,” a highly satisfying feeling. Your VSP® will guide the session with open communication, always respecting your comfort and control.
Our fully passive assisted stretching allows you to relax as your VSP® works to safely extend beyond your active range of motion and access hard-to-reach areas.
