Stephana Oetinger is a dedicated Studio Manager at The Vital Stretch Tanglewood and blends corrective exercise expertise, holistic health, and neuromuscular therapy with a passion for movement and mindful living. With a background in theatre arts, seminary and minister training, and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, she brings a rare depth of insight to every session.
A former Houston Police and Fire Department Volunteer Minister, her life is guided by service, dance (tango and flamenco), silent nature retreats, and nourishing her family with wholesome meals. She also shares her knowledge through writing, speaking, and her podcast.
