You spend all year giving people back their range of motion.
This is three days to get back yours.

Running a studio is a full-contact job. The schedule, the team, the members, the marketing — it all lands on you, every day, and it rarely leaves room to lift your head up and look at the whole business.

Convention is where you get that room. Three days in Charlotte with the only people on earth who know exactly what your week looks like — because they're living it too, in their own market.

You'll leave with a sharper plan, a stronger network,
and a very clear picture of where this brand is going next.

Take A Look

See What We're Building

A quick look at what these three days in Charlotte are really about.

Why It's Worth The Trip

What You'll Take Home

This isn't a conference you sit through. It's three days built to change what happens in your studio the following Monday.

The State of the Brand

Where we are, what's working across the system, and exactly what's coming next — straight from leadership, with the numbers behind it.

Plays That Already Work

Educational sessions and a live panel with owners who've solved the exact problem you're staring at. No theory — things you can run next week.

Your People

Roundtables, meals, and a night out with the owners who become the group chat you lean on for the next twelve months.

Momentum For Q4

You'll head home with a plan for how you finish the year — and the accountability of a room full of owners who know what you committed to.

Three Days

The Agenda

Built to move fast and stay useful — with enough room in it to actually talk to each other.

Draft agenda — session times and final details to be confirmed.

Day One

Sunday

September 13

Arrival & Check-In

Fly in, drop your bags, and settle into uptown Charlotte. Afternoon arrival works best.

Welcome Happy Hour

First drinks, first hugs. See who drove, who flew, and who's already talking shop in the corner.

Welcome Dinner

A plated dinner at the hotel to kick things off together, before the work starts Monday morning.

Day Two

Monday

September 14

State of the Brand

Where The Vital Stretch stands today, what we learned this year, and the roadmap for what's ahead.

Keynote: Jeff DudanHeadliner

Founder & CEO of HomeFront Brands, 30+ years in franchising, and the man who scaled AdvantaClean to 240+ locations.

Owner Panel Discussion

Franchisees who are executing at a high level, answering the questions you actually want asked.

Educational Sessions

Working sessions on the parts of the business that move the needle — built from the topics you tell us you want covered. Tell us below.

Partner Spotlights

Short, useful sessions from the vendors building tools for your studio — including a look at Kinotek.

Evening OutThe Fun Part

Meetings end, the night begins. See below for where we're headed.

Day Three

Tuesday

September 15

Roundtables

Small groups, real problems, honest conversation. The session people talk about for the rest of the year.

AwardsBring the Camera

We stop and recognize the studios and the people who had a year worth celebrating.

Closing & Send-Off

Lock in what you're taking home, then head for the airport. We wrap before lunch so you can fly out Tuesday afternoon.

Built With You, Not Just For You

You Pick The Topics

The educational sessions get built around what you're actually dealing with in your studio right now. Tell us what you want covered — the problems you're stuck on, the things you'd like to hear other owners solve — and we'll build the agenda around the answers.

Jeff Dudan

Founder & CEO, HomeFront Brands · Author · Forbes Contributor

Jeff has spent more than 30 years across franchising, residential and commercial services, management consulting, real estate, and entrepreneurship — and he's been on your side of the table the whole way.

His entrepreneurial run started as a college athlete running a student housing painting business. After playing a key role in South Florida's recovery from Hurricane Andrew, he founded AdvantaClean in 1994 and grew it past 240 locations nationwide before it was acquired in 2019. In 2026, HomeFront Brands bought AdvantaClean back — a full-circle moment for the Dudan family.

He's the author of Discernment: The Business Athlete's Regimen for a Great Life through Better Decisions, host of the Unemployable podcast, and a coach of 37+ seasons of youth athletics. He shows up with the growth playbook and the empathy to use it alongside owners, not above them.

Monday Evening

Fun People Only

Meetings are how we get aligned. Monday night is how we actually get to know each other. We're taking over Pins Mechanical in Charlotte — duckpin bowling, pinball, patio, and zero agenda.

  • Duckpin bowling lanes and a wall of vintage pinball
  • Food, drinks, and a big outdoor patio
  • No breakout rooms, no slides, no name tags required

This is where the relationships get built — the ones you'll be texting in February when you're solving something at 9pm.

Good Questions

Fill out the registration form linked from any button on this page. It takes about two minutes. Booking your hotel room is a separate step — use the group rate link so you land inside our room block.

You book your own room using the Vital Stretch group rate link. The block is at the AC Hotel Charlotte City Center, where the convention is being held, and rooms are limited — reserve as soon as you register.

Three dates to know. August 7 is the early-bird cutoff — register by then and it's $400 a person instead of $500. August 31 is when the hotel room block closes; after that any unbooked rooms go back to the hotel at standard rates. And registration closes September 3, ten days out, so we can lock in headcounts for meals, sessions, and the Monday evening event.

Your registration covers every session, all lunches and dinners — including the Sunday welcome dinner — the Monday evening event, and snacks and drinks through the day.

Breakfast is on your own, as are travel and your hotel room. We wrap before lunch on Tuesday, so grab a bite on your way out.

Yes — owners are welcome to bring a spouse or partner, and each additional attendee comes at the discounted $400 guest rate. We'd also encourage you to bring a team lead or manager if you'd like — no obligation, but a lot of what happens here is worth having a key team member in the room for. Just register everyone together so we have an accurate headcount for meals and the Monday evening event.

Plan to arrive Sunday afternoon — happy hour and the welcome dinner are that evening. We wrap before lunch on Tuesday, so book a Tuesday afternoon departure and you'll be fine. Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) is a short ride from uptown.

Business casual for the sessions, and something comfortable for the Monday night event.
