What attire is recommended for my stretch session?
Wear comfortable, flexible athletic clothing that allows full movement. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session.
Most clients describe it as a “good stretch”—a deeply satisfying sensation. Your VSP® will maintain open communication and work within your comfort zone, keeping you in full control at all times.
Our assisted stretching is fully passive—you relax while your VSP® performs the work, safely extending beyond your active range of motion and reaching areas you can’t target on your own.
