I spent the whole morning cleaning and disinfecting my house. Back breaking!!! BUT... just finished taking a live stream class on posture and all I know is I feel great!! Evan is a fantastic teacher. He explains all the stretches we are doing and why they are helpful... Giving helpful modifications as needed. Plus I appreciated the homework tips I can do on my own. It’s amazing what a half hour stretch can do for you. Can’t wait till next class!!
